2. Use CHAI seeds

Everyone know that drinking water is very very important. But it's not that easy to get your daily dose of water, especially if you think water is "boring" to drink. We suggest to spice it up. It could be by adding cucumber, pineapple, lemon or mint to the water. Just add, squeeze or tear it up and leave it to steep in water before drinking.

5. Replace soda with tea or carbonated water
When you replace soda with tea or water, you will feel immediately results in your body. It starts with energy and you will not be as tired as you are when you drink a lot of soda. Your blood sugar level is going to be a lot more stable. Soda destroys your teeth, so stepping away from this bad habit will lead you toward better oral health and a whiter smile.
